What are Masterminds like?

- If a participant is too low, they may be seen as a taker, nothing to contribute

The Structure (typically for an hour)
- First 10 minutes –share wins –start on a positive note to get everyone fired up
- Next 40 minutes –hotseat –one person presents a problem, rest of group focuses on solving it
